“We have lived at this property for 40 years and never imagined that there would ever come a time when we would leave; at least not voluntarily! Unfortunately, circumstances have now prompted a move, nearer to our family.

Originally, it was location, local amenities and schools, which drew us here; all aspects which, incidentally, still hold good today. The house soon became a happy family home and the large rear garden, proved, over time, to be a joy, not only to work in but to play in too; first with our own children and more recently with our grandchildren. The house itself has been improved and changed over the course of time, and, in a strange way, we feel has responded to the care and attention afforded it. We have now come to accept the platitudes of visitors, whose common thread, regarding our home, seems to be that “it’s as if it wraps it’s arms around us”,  as soon as they walk in! We can only hope that it’s new owners pick up on this too and feel as comfortable, relaxed and as happy here as we have been. Have no doubts that this has truly been our haven, though good times and bad. We will be very sad to move on; it will be difficult, but move on we must!”
