Simon has been successfully selling local homes and helping families move for nearly 40 years during his impressive career, which commenced as a trainee sales negotiator back
in the mid 1980’s. Simon was made a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents
in 1996 and his proactive, ‘sleeves rolled up’, approach has gained him the respect of
both clients and colleagues alike. Since opening his agency in 2013, Simon has been the
recipient of multiple individual and company awards in recognition of his never ending
desire to offer the very best customer service experience.

Madeleine Hancock – Associate Director
Maddy has been an integral part of the team for over a decade, bringing with her a longstanding passion for property and exceptional attention to detail. She works closely alongside Simon in the day-to-day management of the business and plays a key role in marketing and social media. As the company’s in-house photographer, Maddy ensures properties are presented to the highest standard, and she is also actively involved in negotiation and client care, combining professionalism with a personal touch to deliver outstanding results.

Susie Ralston – Senior Sales Progressor
Susie has been involved in property sales for many years, and now provides specialist
support to our clients once their sale has been agreed. Susie’s main area of expertise
is within the conveyancing process and financial arrangements. Susie is very friendly,
and a great problem-solver. She not only works hard to keep your sale running smoothly
‘behind the scenes’, but also takes the time to ensure every customer receives the help
and advice they need every step of the way.

Tony Rimmer – Mortgage Specialist MAB
Tony has worked in the financial services arena since 1982. He prides himself in

Julie Sinienko – Administration Associate
Julie has worked within the property industry for 7 years working for local estate agents. She has a proficient understanding of the buying and selling process, having been involved with everything from carrying out the initial viewings through to progressing properties to completion. She thoroughly enjoys her role as Administrator for Simon Burt which still enables her to continue to support all clients and colleagues from the start line to finish, albeit somewhat behind the scenes.

Charlotte has a long and established career in Estate Agency but developed a passion for sales progression during her time spent managing an Estate Agency. Charlotte believes the route to a successful transaction is compassion, commitment, and communication. Charlotte strives hard to ensure customer satisfaction is top of her priority list and provides regular updates during the entirety of a transaction. Friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble, she works tirelessly to aid and assist various professionals, offering specialist support to all clients once a sale has been agreed.
