Simon has been successfully selling local homes and helping families move for over 30 years during his impressive career, which commenced as a trainee sales negotiator back in the mid 1980’s. Simon was made a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1996 and his proactive, ‘sleeves rolled up’, approach has gained him the respect of both clients and colleagues alike. Since opening his agency in 2013, Simon has been the recipient of multiple individual and company awards in recognition of his never ending desire to offer the very best customer service experience.
Maddy Hancock - Senior Associate
Maddy has always expressed a passion for property and all things relating to it. Having met Simon whilst selling her family home, he was immediately impressed with her enthusiasm and attention to detail and offered her a role in the practice. As Senior Associate, Maddy now has a number of key roles and responsibilities including proactive, multiple awarding winning estate agent, marketing and social media executive, exceptional in-house photographer and Adobe Photoshop specialist, in addition to ably assisting Simon with the day to day running of the business.

Sue has been involved in property sales for many years, and now provides specialist support to our clients once their sale has been agreed. Sue’s main area of expertise is within the conveyancing process and financial arrangements. Sue is very friendly, and a great problem-solver.
