Simon has been successfully selling local homes and helping families move for over 30
years during his impressive career, which commenced as a trainee sales negotiator back
in the mid 1980’s. Simon was made a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents
in 1996 and his proactive, ‘sleeves rolled up’, approach has gained him the respect of
both clients and colleagues alike. Since opening his agency in 2013, Simon has been the
recipient of multiple individual and company awards in recognition of his never ending
desire to offer the very best customer service experience.
Maddy Hancock - Senior Associate
Maddy has always expressed a passion for property and all things relating to it. Having
met Simon whilst selling her family home, he was immediately impressed with her
enthusiasm and attention to detail and offered her a role in the practice. As Senior
Associate, Maddy now has a number of key roles and responsibilities including proactive,
multiple awarding winning estate agent, marketing and social media executive,
exceptional in-house photographer and Adobe Photoshop specialist, in addition to ably
assisting Simon with the day to day running of the business.
Susie Ralston – Senior Sales Progressor
Susie has been involved in property sales for many years, and now provides specialist
support to our clients once their sale has been agreed. Susie’s main area of expertise
is within the conveyancing process and financial arrangements. Susie is very friendly,
and a great problem-solver. She not only works hard to keep your sale running smoothly
‘behind the scenes’, but also takes the time to ensure every customer receives the help
and advice they need every step of the way.
Dawn Parsons - Senior Administrator
Dawn has worked within the secretarial and business administration sector throughout the
whole of her career, specialising in all matters relating to property and law. Always
displaying a penchant for absolute accuracy and perfect presentation, she was the
obvious choice for Simon to cater for all the administrational needs of his busy and
proactive sales team.
Tony Rimmer – Mortgage Specialist MAB
Tony has worked in the financial services arena since 1982. He prides himself in

Sue Taylor - Associate
Sue has enormous experience within the property industry having worked for over 20 years
for local estate agents. She has developed a vast understanding of the industry which
enables her to support all clients on every aspect of the buying and selling process.
Ellie Cleal - Associate
Ellie is our Associate in the office. Having worked as a sales negotiator in her previous job, she has gained knowledge and
experience in estate agency and sales. She offers the highest possible level of customer
service and that is always at the top of her agenda. Ellie will always do her very best
to ensure all enquiries are carried out quickly and efficiently.
Louisa is the lady that you need in your corner once a sale is agreed on your home. Her mission is to ensure that your move goes as smoothly as it can and Louisa's tenacious attitude means that she will not rest until your transaction comes to a satisfactory completion. Located away from the main branch, but still very much part of the team, Louisa will keep you informed of progress at all stages of your move.
Perry - Pug Associate
Perry joined us as a young pup and injects a charming mixture of fun, mischief and chaos
into the office. She specialises in barking, eating and sleeping.
