Overview

50 Chancel Court is a spacious, well-proportioned, tastefully presented, 3 double bedroom, ground floor apartment residence set in a secure gated development, being most conveniently situated within comfortable strolling distance of Solihull town centre, Touchwood and Solihull station, and benefitting from a 107 year unexpired lease, an allocated underground car parking space and no upward chain.

Vendor Comments

Having been the 2nd person to move into the development in 2004, when the development was still a building site, I have spent a very happy 19 years in my home. I specifically chose this apartment as it was ground floor, overlooking the grass at the front. With a choice of practically 70 apartments to choose from, I also chose this as it had 3 double bedrooms. I love the fact I am walking distance from Solihull Town Centre and the underground car parking is a great added bonus on frosty mornings!

Tenure

We have been advised that the property is LEASEHOLD, with approximately 107 years unexpired (125 years from 17/12/2004) and is subject to an annual ground rent of £150 and a current annual service charge of £2,100, paid in two instalments. You should check this with your legal advisor before exchanging contracts.
