Our property, is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and has been our home for 8 years. We have been very happy here and could not wish for a better location. We have always loved the south facing garden which is not overlooked and easy to maintain. We have a lovely, sheltered canopy area in our garden which enables us to enjoy the garden no matter what the weather may have in store for us. The large windows give our property a light, bright and happy feel which we will miss terribly, but the time has come for us to move on.

The area is ideal for commuting and is close to public transport, Birmingham Airport and the M42 motorway. Solihull town centre is a 15-minute walk away and we are seconds away from the beautifully peaceful canal where we frequently walk. A stroll along the canal takes you through the countryside to the Boot at Catherine De Barnes which is a summer favourite pastime of ours.
