It has large bay windows and is south facing, so the light streams in.  It is perfectly situated to take full advantage of all the local amenities. I enjoyed playing tennis at the Solihull Arden club regularly, which is a short stroll away. I found it very convenient to be able to walk to the local shops and restaurants in Solihull Town Centre, with the park also being nearby, allowing for plenty of fresh air and exercise. The motorways are just a 5 minute drive and Birmingham Airport is within easy reach. The apartment is really convenient for many different reasons. It also provides a secure and comfortable environment to live in. Snowberry is a warm community where people look after each other. I am sure it will be enjoyed just as much by its next owner.
