I have really enjoyed living here for the past over 18 years.   The back garden is so quiet, it is like living in the countryside.  I have particularly enjoyed living so close to Solihull town centre and my children were able to walk to school.  I also worked around the corner, so the location was excellent for us as a family.  My children now all have their own homes, and I am suffering with health problems which makes the stairs difficult for me to climb.  I do not want to leave but need to live in a single storey dwelling.  I hope, whoever, lives here next will be as happy as I have been.
