Meriden is an ideal location with a great primary school just down the road together with excellent high schools in Balsall Common and Solihull. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance together with some lovely walks.

From a travel point of view Meriden is closely connected to the national motorway network and within easy reach of Birmingham Airport and international train station. 

Over the years we have had many happy parties, family get togethers and BBQ's in the private sunny garden, the house has fantastic uninterrupted views of the countryside and has a spacious plot.

We feel it is now time to downsize and hand over the keys to people who we hope will be as happy in our house as we have been.
