We moved to Ringswood Road in 2016 pregnant with our first child and excited to start growing our little family here. Both the property itself and its quiet, tucked away location has been everything we could've hoped for and more.

The property stood out for us in the first place because it was so beautifully presented, including the huge, private back garden, and with everything we wanted within close reach - two train stations within a 20-minute walk, Solihull town centre just 10 minutes away in the car and the Warwickshire countryside on our doorstep too.

And, indeed, it has proved a wonderful first home for our little boy, now four years old, while we also now have a six-month daughter in tow too.

We are moving on to pursue a work opportunity elsewhere in the country, but we leave with endless fond memories and will miss the house, the area and our fantastic neighbours dearly.
