This house was our first home - we have gone from young professionals to a family of four over the last 7 years and we have loved every minute. 

Location is great, we used to go for drinks in Solihull town centre and walk back, but now we have children we equally enjoy popping in for coffee rather than cocktails! There are a good selection of local schools and convenience stores, take aways and pharmacies/doctors surgery all close by. There is a great park directly opposite the house and others a short drive away. We have enjoyed walking down the canal to pubs and other country walks via the towpath. 

In 2016 we upgraded the back doors to French doors (and the front door too). A new bathroom and boiler were installed in 2017 and we added an integrated dishwasher in 2018. In 2021 we converted some of the outdoor space into living space at the front of the house which we have used as an office (but could just as easily be utilised as a downstairs playroom). In the same space conversion we added a pantry room onto the kitchen too. 

We are relocating and wish we could pick the house up and take it with us. There is a nice cosy living room to the front and a separate open plan kitchen area to the rear. In the summer we love opening the French doors to the South-facing garden which has been brilliant for us as well as the children. It's a lovely area to live in and we have fantastic neighbouring households. 

We have created so many happy memories here and had milestone events. Our best wishes go to whoever moves in after us. We hope they are as happy here as we have been.
