Vandor Comments

This has been a very happy home for us for over 20 years.

We imagine, that like many others, we were initially drawn to the area by its friendly village like atmosphere, its wealth of independent shops, restaurants and watering holes, its excellent transport links and its place between a thriving town centre and the easily accessible Warwickshire countryside. It’s been a great place to live, so much so that we fully intend to stay in the area.

The time has come for us to downsize a little, but for those with either a growing family, or an eye on additional future space, the house comes with planning permission already in place to extend significantly both on the ground floor and in the large rear garden, and could probably be easily amended to include additional first floor accommodation if required.
