We have been in our wonderful home for 13 years moving in as newly married couple followed by the arrival of our children a few years later. This is a great sized home with generous living spaces which has been modernised to meet the needs of our growing family and the ample plot still offers further scope for adaptation as required.

We’re fortunate to be proximate to the many excellent amenities in Solihull including being in the centre of a great school catchment area, both our kids went to the outstanding primary school just around the corner. We enjoy strolling down Widney Lane to the great parks in Solihull and cycling to the cycle track at Tudor Grange Park, Blossomfield Tennis Club keeps our kids busy during the summer months and there are several quality health clubs a short walk from home.

We will be leaving behind a great sense of community and friendships with our neighbours and the support we have provided each other especially in recent times has been invaluable. Our decision to leave has been borne from the increasing need to be closer to elderly parents. We will leave the area with great memories of our time in Solihull and have every confidence that this house will continue to make a very happy home.
