During the lockdown period we have really enjoyed sitting out in the back garden which is very low maintenance.
This house has been great for us commuting to work as it is positioned close to commuting links such as the M42. We often enjoy a short walk into Solihull where there are no shortage of shops, bars and restaurants.
It has been a great first home and we have crammed in a lot of happy memories within a short period of time. We will be sad to leave but are sure the house will be enjoyed just as much by the next owner
