We have loved living in our home in Berkswell Close over the past six years. Since purchasing the property in 2014 we have modernised, improved and renovated it throughout including adding a new porch, kitchen, bathrooms and real wooden flooring downstairs. We feel it now works really well as a family space to relax in and enjoy.


We are well positioned in an elevated spot in the quiet close and we are not overlooked in either the front or the back of the property. We fell in love with the private, established, south facing rear garden which we have landscaped and which our children love playing in. We enjoy entertaining family and friends in it, especially during the summer months.
The large driveway is very useful, accommodating multiple vehicles. There is little traffic down the road and parking restrictions keep it very quiet and safe.


We are conveniently situated for good local schools, amenities, transport links and walking distance to Dovehouse Parade shops. Solihull town centre and Touchwood are only a few minutes drive away. We also enjoy walking our dog down the canals which can be accessed just over the road from the close.


We have made lifelong friends with our lovely neighbours and will be genuinely sad to leave. We hope the house brings as much joy to the new owners as it has to us.
