This has been our family home for the last 15 years, it has been a wonderful place to live and bring our children up in. It’s a great semi rural location, but is close enough to local amenities and just a short drive to Solihull town centre as well as being close to all major communicating routes. But besides it’s great location the house is also in a quite private drive.
One of the things we have really enjoyed is our large private garden which is beautiful in the summer and is a great place for family gatherings and entertaining. It’s been also nice to have lovely country walks around the local lakes and along the canals close by.
We are very proud of our home and have always looked after it and recently completely upgraded the kitchen/family room which a great focal point when family visit. However It’s now time for us to move on, so we are downsizing and hope our next home brings us as much joy and happiness as this one, and does for the next people who choose to buy it.
