It has been an absolute pleasure to live in our house over the past 5 years with the convenience of walking into Solihull and all the transport links for visits from friends and family UK-wide. 

It is a quiet situation set well back from an already quiet cul-de-sac and we have loved spending time in our generous, mature and private garden. 

The layout and features of the house have more than satisfied our needs; we feel very lucky to have lived here as a first home and will be sad to leave but we want to relocate to be closer to our families.
