Overview

Oakleighs is a most attractive, thoughtfully extended, 4 bedroom, detached family home, having been expensively and tastefully refurbished by the current owners over the last 14 years and presented to the very highest standards throughout. Boasting a most convenient, yet wonderful quiet and peaceful situation, this stunning residence is set on a generous plot, adjacent to established woodland and enjoys a delightfully private rear garden and gated driveway parking for multiple vehicles.

Vendor Comments

Oakleighs has been our home for the last 14 years and is perfectly situated for all local amenities. We have taken great pride in our home and all improvements have been to the highest quality, including hard wood gates, Indian sandstone patio, quarts siltstone kitchen work surfaces, antico floors, oak bannister etc. etc. One of the main attractions is the quiet location, sunny rear garden, the country side feel, ideal for barbecues/parties and only a mile from Solihull centre.

Oakleighs has been a great family home and ideal for my daughters many sleepovers with 6 or more friends in her large room on the other side of the house

Christmas has been special with the icicle lights attached to the roofline outside and the large open plan kitchen and bi-fold doors into the dining area, creating a fantastic place to celebrate with family and friends

We are now returning to the North West after 30 fabulous years in the Midlands and would love to pick it up and move it to Chester, however we reluctantly cannot do this and hence the reason for sale.
