We moved to 4, Bushley Croft in March 1988 and have lived here happily for over 31 years, bringing up 2 children who have flown the nest. We were attracted initially by the potential to improve the property, we have since extended twice and have undertaken civil works to expand the kitchen and provide a ground floor wc.

There is still scope for further expansion due to the smart original design. 

The local area is within Tudor Grange schools catchment, and has since benefited from significant improvement to transport links - buses and trains - to reach Solihull and Birmingham city centre quickly, and further afield to Great Malvern and London. Birmingham airport is just a 15 minute drive away. 

The area has also benefited from road links to London (M40) and Derby/Nottingham to the north and southwest (M42 and M5). 

Local retail parks have also opened within a 10 minute drive, Solihull and the Touchwood centre are a 20 minute walk.

Local amenities such as doctors, dentist, hairdressers and takeaway food outlets are within a 1 minute drive, a local public house and 2 local parks are within a short walk. 

Neighbours are friendly, most have lived here longer than us, illustrating how nice an area this is.  

We think our house is a lovely family home, we are moving to a smaller local property as only 2 adults reside here now.
