This has been our family home for over 15 years, and we love living here. Our well established, south-facing garden, is a real sun-trap and allows us to grow lots of fruit and vegetables (which the children love picking and eating!) We are very spoilt having the canal at the rear, as we are not overlooked, it is very quiet and we enjoy nice walks and duck feeding by just stepping out of our gate. 

In the autumn/winter, it is lovely dining in front of our open fire, which is really cosy.

We have great neighbours, and the location is perfect...we often walk into Solihull town centre and to Olton station for trips into Birmingham. We are surrounded by great schools, parks and a library, as well as easy access to the motorways, rail and airport/NEC.
