I bought this apartment five years ago as a first time buyer and I have been proud to call it my home. 

The location is great as it’s walking distance to Solihull town centre and Solihull train station. It’s also not too far from the M42 and Birmingham airport is 2.5 miles away, so the transport links are excellent. With all of this on the doorstep, it’s still very quiet here and everyone is very friendly.

I’ve loved living here, as the apartment has been the perfect first home but my partner and I would love to buy a home together which Is closer to my family and where I work. 

I’ll be sad to leave the flat but I hope someone else will be just as happy to live here.
