Number 15 has been our home for the last 25 years and is set far enough away from the main road as to not experience any noise from the passing traffic. It has provided a safe and peaceful environment for our children to grow up in. The secluded garden has hosted many a children’s party, family barbecue and provided endless hours for contemplation. Our children now have moved on and we are looking to downsize. We hope the next owners will have similar experiences to us.  

The local amenities are two minutes away with two parks a similar distance. The railway station is some 5 minutes away and it is in close proximity to both the M40 and M42 motorways.
