We have enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. There are lots of things going on in the local community and our house is perfectly situated to take full advantage of all the local amenities as well as countryside walks on the doorstep. This has been a lovely family home, extended to give us the space we needed both inside and out with three lively children. It has been great for bringing up a growing family. George Fentham School has been outstanding for the children and now Arden offers our older boys everything you could want from a school. Our period property has an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional styles all of which give it a very homely feel. This is a great size family home which accommodates large family gatherings with plenty of space for entertaining. The garden offers a chill out zone as well as areas for the children to play. The front of the house is a real suntrap and we have often enjoyed sitting out there having a relaxing drink. Barston has the best of both worlds, beautiful countryside and in very close proximity to Knowle and Solihull. The Bulls head offers a fantastic traditional pub and is 1 minutes walk from the house.
