We moved here 5 years ago and it’s been a great property for us during that time. The house is perfect for a growing family and we spend most of our time between the large downstairs playroom, the kitchen, which is definitely the hub of the house, and the play area in garden.    

When we moved in we had no idea what to do with all the space but we have gradually filled it over the years. it’s a very social house and we tend to find friends and family spend most of the time talking around the island in the kitchen diner, in the spring and summer with the bi-fold doors open this really is a wonderful space. In the winter the underfloor heating is ideal for keeping your toes warm while cooking Christmas dinner for the family. For some quiet time on the evening we use the large lounge at the back of the house and keep that a toy free zone.

Upstairs there is all the room you would ever need, with large bright bedrooms and the two bathrooms finished to a high standard have always been a real standout point for us.

Bourton Road is quiet and listening to the birds in the garden makes it a relaxing place to be. Located close to Dovehouse Parade and only a few minutes’ drive into Solihull you can always get to any amenities you need or just a last-minute takeaway. We’ve really enjoyed living here and hope the next owner enjoys it as much as we have.
