Vendor Comments

Mom loved living here and enjoyed the flat for over 12 years. Her favourite part was the beautiful view over the gardens and woodland where she loved watching the wildlife. The ground floor flat has direct access into the garden and is not overlooked. There is a train line set well back and deep in the ground so it can’t be seen and occasional train noise is minimal. We were happy about this because it meant the lovely view wouldn’t be ruined by further development.

Mom wanted the flat because of its great location, just 5 minutes walk to Dovehouse Parade shops (which has everything including a butchers) and being located just off the Warwick Road, it has a bus into Solihull every 5 mins.

In the building itself, Mom’s flat is located the closest to the laundry (but opposite side so no noise!) so very handy for washing. Mom loved the communal lounge where she met her friends and neighbours from Blythe Court for Bingo, Scrabble and Jigsaws. Mom was very happy here and loved the fact she was independent in her own flat but had the added support of an emergency care line and an on-site manager if she needed help.
