I bought this maisonette as my first property when I was 25, it was a perfect first time home, a great layout and plenty of space with the 2 double bedrooms but still easy to maintain. It felt very safe having my own entrance and being on the first floor. I found it spacious without being too big for a single person, but equally comfortable when my partner moved in. There's easy access into Solihull and Birmingham city centre but with local shops within walking distance too. It felt like home from day one and despite looking forward to our new home, I/we were sad to move out. The maisonette has since been a great rental property. So we have the experience of both living there and being landlords- either way it is a cosy, happy place to live.
