A great location, wonderful garden and fantastic potential are just a few of the reason why we purchased this home. After living in the house for a little over a year we decided to make the most of it and start what would turn out to be a complete renovation inside and out. After knocking down a side extension that had been added previously we extended out the back over 3 floors and completely reconfigured the first floor to not only give us the large open entertaining space that we wanted downstairs but also a modern bedroom layout consisting of large rooms, dressing areas and en suite bathrooms. We sustained a 'no cutting corners' approach throughout the project finishing the decor in a modern traditional style. We could not have been happier with the results, the bespoke in frame kitchen, authentic plaster cornice and solid oak parquet flooring throughout are some of my favourite features. As a growing family we have now been drawn to the countryside where we hope to make as many wonderful memories as we have here.
