Our house here in Park close has been such an ideal location to live in since we moved here. We have great links to the M6, M42 motorway and the airport just 10 minutes away. We have the beautiful Elmdon park just across the road where there is a lake, a play area and lots of open space. There are many places to eat in or take away within walking distance and two local schools within a ten minute walk. The house itself has lots of space outside with parking for up to 5 cars. We have a large garden which the children really enjoy running about in as its all level with plenty of lawn. The loft is very large and spacious enough to convert into one or 2 rooms. We also have a large garage with an electric shutter, outside toilet and storage room with running water. Our house is situated at the end of a lovely and secure quiet cul de sac where there is lots of wildlife around. When we moved in the house required renovation so we have modernised the property throughout. We have loved living here and it has been a happy home since we moved here.
