Vendor Comments

Having lived here for over 20 years and seen my family arrive and grow here, this can only be described as a reluctant sale, but for my family it is now time for a change.

We have loved this beautiful home from the moment we moved in. It has evolved over time and has had additions and changes in layout - transforming it into the amazing family friendly space it is now. The open layout of the kitchen works so well for entertaining and spending time as a family. But we have still retained the more grown up living room to have a relaxing space in the evenings, once the children have gone to bed.

I absolutely love this house in its current state, but with a larger than average garage, which easily fits a modern sized car, and good sized loft, there is still plenty of scope to enlarge it without needing planning permission. Being on a corner plot the property benefits from a larger than average drive, holding at least fours cars, giving family and guests someone safe to park.

We are literally minutes from excellent primary and secondary schools. Our local, walking distance, primary schools are Hall Green Infant School and St Ambrose Barlow Roman Catholic School. A little drive away is Chilcote Primary school - All of which are categorised as Outstanding schools. Catchment Secondary school and within walking distance is the highly sought after Ninestiles Academy - again this is categorised as Outstanding.

The bus/rail and road links to Solihull make it an excellent, central place to live. The town centre and business parks make shopping so easy, with everything you need on your doorstep. But the parks and countryside spaces mean you're never far from some fresh air and relaxation. My personal favourite is the abundance of National Trust properties and large parks to while away lazy Sunday afternoons.

Edenbridge Road is a lovely quiet road with extremely friendly neighbours, whom I have grown so fond of over the years. I have known them all for so long because nobody moves from Edenbridge Road, it's such a lovely place to live.
