Vendors Comments

We have lived in Paradise court now for 7 very happy years and are only moving so we can start a family.

One thing I love is the nature at Paradise. I really enjoy watching the sun set on the gardens and viewing the wildlife. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station linking you to the inner city in just 10 minutes. There is also a local butchers, pub, shop and cafe just around the corner by the station.

The flat buildings themselves are made in a 1970s style meaning that noise does not travel and the walls are solid and sturdy. There is ample unreserved parking in our private road. The M42 motorway is just 10 minutes away by car as is Solihull town centre.

The shared garden at Paradise court creates an incredible sense of community. They regularly have communal barbecues and meet up in the outdoor spaces. There is always someone around to help with your shopping bags or fixing your car.

One thing I can be sure of is that the neighbours are the most friendly and sociable that I have ever come across, we'll be sad to leave.
