Our parents moved into this first floor flat over 22 years ago. Initially, its attraction was the pretty village location with its own amenities, including a Post Office and pharmacy, as well as its close proximity to Solihull. The area is also ideal for commuting on all motorways and close for all public transport, including the railway. A quick jaunt to London on the train and a return to a peaceful village is one option. 

The flat holds many happy memories as grandchildren have enjoyed both family occasions and sleepovers there. The well-kept gardens provided a place for them to run around in on their visits. The flat's first floor location provides amazing countryside views from both the living room and larger bedroom. The balcony leading from the lounge offers a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day.

We have noticed the community spirit that exists within the block of flats from both old and young. We have witnessed a new generation moving in. Ideal for young couples to stamp their own design ideas on these flats.  

Above all this warm, sunny flat has been a happy home which all our family have enjoyed visiting.
