We moved into our house 4 year’s ago and fell in love with it straight away, as we saw the massive potential it had/has to extend and grow with our family. We have been very busy modernising the house and making it a home for us and our two children. 

It is a perfect location for schools, transport links to Birmingham with Olton station only 5 minutes away. Birmingham airport and the M42 nearby. At the end of our road is Jubilee Park, with this being so close we feel spoilt. 

The reason for our move is to start our exciting next chapter with a relocation to the coast. We may even take up surfing!!!

We are really sad to be leaving, as this house has given us so many lovely memories and we will be leaving some really friendly neighbours.
