This has been our wonderfully happy family home for 21 years but now the children have flown the nest and it’s time for a new family to create their own memories here. 

It’s so ideally placed for the local shops, ‘The Farm’ pub and junior school (all 5 minutes’ walk away) together with public transport and motorway close by. We have the added convenience of being tucked away in a small cul de sac which is remarkably quiet and peaceful; the children loved playing safely outside when they were younger. 

I will miss the lovely, private, back garden upon which I have lavished much attention. It has seen many frantic games of badminton and table tennis over the years but the view has also been enjoyed from the comfort of the conservatory over a glass of wine or two. 

As soon as I walked through the front door of this house all those years ago, it felt like a warm, inviting and happy home. I am sure the next family to live here will feel that positive atmosphere too.
