We have lived here for 35 years having bought the house from new. We had wanted to move to Solihull because of my job and also because of the schools (Tudor Grange in particular) having 3 boys, eldest 7 at the time. We managed to get a plot with a larger garden than most on the estate and moved in September 1983.

The house is handy for the M42 and is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute walk from Widney Manor Station. There is an excellent pub and large park again within easy walking distance.

We are only moving as the family is now dispersed and we want to be nearer the grandchildren!
