It has provided a great home for 4 generations of my family who have all enjoyed many happy days growing up in this neighbourhood. The double French doors lead out to a generous garden and patio where many BBQ parties have been had over the summers. We are very lucky that the garden catches the sun all through the afternoon and is remarkably quiet and peaceful.
Before our daughter Jess was born we would often take advantage of the nearby train station (Shirley) to venture into Birmingham or Stratford for meals, shows and shopping. It’s great to be in the city without worrying about cars and parking and the station is just a few minutes walk from the house. In fact everything you need is very close which has been one of the best things about living here. Shirley high street and Solihull have just about every shop you might need within 10 minutes of the house. It is very convenient.
We will be sad to say goodbye to such a loved property but we hope the next family will enjoy living here as much as we have. It really is a great place to live.
