This has been a lovely family home with plenty of space inside and out. The garden is big, bright and private and has plenty of safe space for our 2 boys to play in. Over the course of our time living in the house we have re-tiled the roof, fitted a new kitchen and the property as a whole has been electrically rewired (certified). The large bay window gives the front of the property plenty of light. There are great childcare facilities, schools, transport links and two good parks within walking distance, and even more a short drive away. We love the location – its quiet, family friendly and perfect for commuting into the centre of Birmingham with Olton station only a 12 minute walk which serves both Birmingham and Dorridge/Stratford Upon Avon via the Chiltern line. Birmingham International is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. Our best wishes go to whoever moves in after us. We hope they are as happy here as we have been.
