We’ve loved living in Wellington Grove, the neighbours are super and it’s so quiet here at the end of the cul de sac. Being able to walk to Oak Cottage school has been great– a lovely school right on the doorstep.
We have particularly enjoyed the south facing garden, the patio is quite large and has seen lots of barbecues and family parties. Being south facing has enabled us to have solar panels too, the house is very economical to run.
There are so many things that I love about this house but if I had to pick my favourite (other than the location!) it would be having the wood burner in the lounge – its so cosy and good to come to.
