We brought this house as first time buyers and what a lovely home it has been. The property has a lovely homely feel about it. On purchasing the house we were really impressed with how large the three bedrooms are and the amount of space throughout the house. The through lounge is a great size room leading out onto the conservatory which is really nice to sit in the summer looking out onto the garden.
The house is situated on a lovely quiet cul de sac, all of the neighbours are very friendly and the local village shops, park and bus routes are within walking distance.
The house is well located for travelling to Solihull, Birmingham, Coventry, Birmingham International Airport and the M42.
We have really enjoyed our time here and we are sure the new owners will be as happy as we have been.
