This has been our lovely family home for the last 4 years after moving in with our, then, 10 week old & 5 year old daughters. We have so many happy memories on our first family home but we feel now is the right time to move on.

Our home has the perfect quiet location but with all local amenities in close reach including motorway access and Solihull Town Centre.
Within a 5 minute walk around the corner brings you into the middle of Elmdon Nature Reserve and also Elmdon Park which is great for enjoying the outdoors and spotting wildlife. Both are beautiful in the summer for picnics and a play in the playground or sledging when it’s been snowing.

 We spent the first month refurbishing the property including updating the heating system (boiler is 2 years old), pipework, refitting the bathroom, laying laminate flooring, new fitted carpets and decorating. 
The large bay windows give the property plenty of light and give a spacious feel to the property including the patio doors over looking the rear garden from the through lounge. The bedrooms are spacious and have loads of space for our girls to play.
The garage has plenty of storage including shelving with access into the utility room which is an added bonus.

Our 2 young girls have had many a happy time playing in the garden with friends and family as it is quite and not directly overlooked. With the garden being mostly lawned with a patio area and path we know that it is a safe and happy environment for the girls to explore in. The garden is also south facing which means you get plenty of sunlight throughout the day which is great when you have a garden party or BBQ with friends. 
It is  also handy having the downstairs shower room for when the girls have been getting muddy in the garden or playing in the paddling pool as there is no mess through the house.

We have great neighbours who have lived on the street for over 40 years and who are more than happy to help out. There is a great mix of young families & older residents on the street and there are great schools within a 10 minute walk.

We have loved living here and it has been an extremely happy home for our family and we will be sad to leave but hope that someone else will fall in the love with the property as much as we did!
