Vendor Comments

We have lived in our home for over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

60 Castle Lane is a traditional 3 bed semi. The most attractive feature of our home is the very large landscaped garden and the highly convenient central location. We are only a short walk away from Olton Train Station and a 5 minute drive away from Solihull town centre and Resorts World.  Jubilee Park is a 2 minute walk away and there are many local amenities nearby.

During our time here we have made a large number of changes and improvements all of which have been to a high standard. The entire house has been newly plastered, rewired and thoughtfully decorated throughout. We have installed energy efficient LED lighting in every single room as well as new flooring. Our home also benefits from beautiful bespoke shutters both upstairs and downstairs which transforms the look and feel of the interior. Our home is ready to move in to but still offers scope for further extension without compromising on outdoor space.

Our intentions were to stay here for many more years but we are now in the fortunate position to have found our dream house and reluctantly have put our home on the market for sale.

We are sure that the new residents will enjoy 60 Castle Lane as much as we have done and make the most of living in this safe and friendly neighbourhood.
