Fow Oak lies within an established housing estate in the Tile Hill borough and is nicely tucked away off the main roads, if you didn’t know about it you would never know of it’s existence.

Fow Oak is a quiet, but very much lived in road, where neighbours are so important and I am so lucky to have such a great set who look out for each other whilst respecting each other’s privacy. 

A great advantage of living here is that the shops, takeaways and pub are all within a ten minute walk, I have quick and easy access to the motorway network & a free parking train station one mile away.

There are a number of schools and academies within a five minute drive.

Once inside the house I can sit in the lounge or the conservatory and relax watching the TV or listening to music.

One of the great benefits of the house is a family bathroom boasting a separate bath and shower, an ensuite in the main bedroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

Another appealing feature of my house is the rear garden having a full sunny aspect for the majority of the day.

Having chosen to move on from Fow Oak after nine great years living here I am sure the new owners will get as much pleasure & satisfaction from this home as I have.
