I have lived here in Balsall Common for nearly 16 years, and have been so very happy. I have never once regretted leaving my last property behind

as from the moment I moved into my home, it has been just that, “HOME SWEET HOME”. My first impression was how friendly people are that live in this community. I have had so many memorable time’s through out the year’s. New Year’s Eve at the local village pub, evenings out at the superb 

Indian restaurants and the occasional trip out to the new resorts world and cinema. 

My neighbours have all become my friends and the community as a whole is very welcoming. I have loved every morning waking up here, the misty views of early spring across the field at the back of my garden are some of my favourite and the wildlife, including foxes playing in the fields, garden birds etc are always there to remind you that although great links to cities nearby you are still very much in the countryside. There are lovely walks on the doorstep including the Millennium way.

Balsall common is very accessible for all modes of transport. Berkswell Railway Station is 5 mins walk, Birmingham International Airport, Coventry City, Solihull and Birmingham plus the NEC and new Resort World are all easily accessed making this house a great place to commute to and from. The historic towns of Warwick, Stratford and Kenilworth are just a short drive away. 

My reason for leaving here is that I’ve now reached my autumn year’s and have decided to go on my last adventure to Mid Wales…I feel very excited about this, but will never forget my happy times in BC and this lovely home. I just hope I will be as happy there as I have been here!
