Vendor Comments

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here during the last 14 years and have many cherished memories of the wonderful things that have happened during our time here.

Pink Cherry Tree blossoms frame the road beautifully in the Springtime and in Summer the South-facing garden is very peaceful and a real sanctuary. It gets the sun all day long and the decking area adjacent to the conservatory is a wonderful sun trap. The large garden has played host to many a family barbecue or party and we built a lovely pergola to help make our time outdoors even more enjoyable. Plus, there is a gorgeous Bluebell woods and large field behind the property, which has been a real hit with the children over the years.

Solihull town centre, with its excellent retail facilities and fabulous bars/restaurants, is only a 15-minute walk away. Whilst a 5-minute stroll brings you to the shops at Dovehouse Parade, which include a supermarket, bakery, newsagent, butchers and several takeaways. The location has been perfect for us and we have enjoyed easy access to the Borough’s outstanding schools and excellent public transport links to the town and beyond.

We converted part of the garage into a fully functional office / study area which has been really useful for the whole family. The remaining front part of the garage is retained as a handy storage area. The large conservatory doubles up as comfortable space for the children to enjoy time with their friends, watch television or play video games.

The most recent addition to the home has been the addition of a log burner to the Lounge. This has made the Winter months super cosy, especially at Christmas, and we have been pleasantly surprised by how much enjoyment it has brought. We also installed a super-efficient condensing boiler only about a year ago too.

We will really miss living here and would not be moving if it weren’t for circumstances dictating that we must now relocate to a bungalow. It has been a very happy family home for us all and our best wishes go to whomever makes this their new home. We sincerely hope that they are as happy here as we have been.
