“71 Shalford Road has been a place of happiness, love and laughter. It was the first home we had bought together since getting married and also the place where we started our family; welcoming a baby girl into the world only a few months ago. In the short time we have been here, we have created so many memories; from cosy winter nights in front of a roaring fire, to long summer evenings sitting outside drinking gin and tonic with friends, to more recently pushing the pram around the garden in an attempt to get the baby to go to sleep. 

 

The prospect of a new family creating wonderful memories here, fills us with joy but also a bit of sadness at the thought of leaving. We will always look back with such fondness and no doubt in the future we will drive past and tell our little girl, this was her first ever home.”
