This house was the first property that we had bought together as a married couple. We were attracted to the charming exterior, very large rooms throughout, modern bathroom, huge modern kitchen, lovely garden, and local area. We have absolutely loved living here.

It has been the perfect family home, with numerous local parks within walking distance, and great local schools, from infant to secondary. The garden is of a very good size, is not overlooked, and has a large decked area spanning the width of the property which has been used as a great entertaining space for family and friends. The house has been recently updated and has an excellent very large kitchen and living room, both of which allow a great family focused environment. The newly installed bathroom has modern touches which has provided the perfect retreat to relax in. The bedrooms are of a very good size, which has allowed us to have many family and friends stay over. The road upon which the house is located is very quiet, with very little traffic, and with friendly neighbours located throughout.

The house is located perfectly for commuting to Birmingham, Solihull and Coventry, with quick and easy access to the M42, M40 and M6. Excellent shopping centres such as Touchwood, Resorts World and the bullring are all within a 10 minute drive. Olton station is located 1.5 miles away, which gives easy access to Birmingham, Solihull and onwards to Stratford Upon Avon. There are also many local shops and supermarkets to choose from. 

We love our home but due to a new job opportunity we are reluctantly having to relocate. We will be very sad to leave his house and hope that many happy memories will be created for the new owners.
