This end of terraced 3 bedroom property has been our home for the past 14 years. The lounge leads to an extension which further leads into a low maintenance  landscaped back garden. This property is on a cul-de-sac with a small park opposite where the children can play safely. The kitchen facing the park is an advantage as one can keep an eye on the children whilst they are playing.

The property is refurbished with a mix of contemporary and traditional touch with high gloss laminated flooring on the ground floor. There is a canal behind our property which connects between Birmingham and Warwick. 

It is a good sized property where extended families can live comfortably. The neighbours are extremely friendly and very helpful. Its an ideal property for a growing family. 

Located just 2 miles from the town centre and Solihull station, a bus stop just a minutes walk from the property, 10 minutes to Birmingham International airport and well connected to all the motorways, makes it ideal for commuting. This property makes an ideal location for a family with excellent schools around the area. 

It is going to be challenging for us to find an ideally located property as this one which we would call our future home. It is indeed very sad to leave this property after creating what we have here.
