We first moved into this lovely spacious semi detached family home in 2004 from a smaller property located just a few roads away, as we really wanted to stay in the same local area as we liked it so much. 

Our house is in a great location, it’s close to a variety of shops and amenities, and is within easy commuting distance of Solihull town centre, the NEC and airport and Midlands motorway network. Only a short distance away is award-winning Elmdon Park, which boasts its own nature reserve and lakeside walks, which we have found to be so convenient to be able to take our Yorkshire terrier over the park for his daily walks, and to enjoy the open space.

We have made so many happy family memories in our home, and our pretty cottage style private rear garden with its mature flowering bushes, shrubbery and trees is an ideal place to entertain, relax, eat outside or just to chill and enjoy a glass or two of wine.

Our property also boasts a downstairs bedroom with its own en suite shower room facilities, which has provided perfect living accommodation for visiting family and guests and for our grandchildren. 

In addition, our house has a large bespoke iron work gated double driveway which has parking space for numerous vehicles and has been most beneficial to us as a family, as we use to store our large touring caravan, but still left plenty of room for car parking.   

After 13 happy years of living here, it is now the right time for us to move on, but we will definitely miss our old home especially our lovely neighbours, but we are certain the new owners will be just as happy as we have been here; and we are now looking forward to making happy memories in our new family home.
