This house has been a perfect home for raising our family. With its prime position we have enjoyed being within walking distance of schools, parks, swimming baths and tennis club. It's a ten minute stroll to our local pub
and Solihull town centre with its restaurants, bars, shops, theatre and cinema is a twenty minute walk.
Inside our front door, I think, the house has a special feeling. That's
what drew me in when I first viewed it eighteen years ago. Very few people come inside without commenting. There is a real sense of space throughout the entire property and over the years we have added, improved and updated almost every corner. My favourite area is the large, bright family/dining/kitchen where family and friends inevitably congregate around the cosy Aga in winter. From this room we enjoy views of our beautiful back garden all year round. It was worth every penny having a professional landscaper design the new layout.
I think we have been extremely fortunate to live in a lovely town, on an ideal street in such a charming house. I hope the new owners will be as happy living here as we have been.
