The quiet cul de sac location is especially handy as we're able to walk our eldest two children to Ulverley school everyday.

You can also take a short walk to Olton station to pop into Solihull or Birmingham on the train.

We enjoy walking along the canal, or at nearby Olton Mere. Jubilee Park is a five minute walk away and has great play equipment for kids.

This has been the perfect family home for us and we have no doubt that others will enjoy living here just as much as we have.
