"Our beautiful home has been in my family for over 60 years. It was previously owned by my grandparents and was my mothers family home. As a child I loved coming to my grandparents house and enjoyed many wonderful times playing in the garden and quiet cul de sac. We were delighted when we brought this house as it holds so many sentimental memories for me and luckily my partner and I were blessed to be able to make our own memories. It was where we came back to after getting married and where we brought our children home for the first time. These memories I will never forget. 

The quiet cul de sac and friendly neighbours are a huge benefit to the road. The dependable neighbours give you a sense of security. 

The garden is lovely and peaceful and not overlooked. We have enjoyed many a BBQ with family and friends and the children have plenty of space to play in. The extended downstairs provides a lot more space for a small family and the added utility room and garage are invaluable. 

The surrounding area has a lot to offer, great schools, lovely local parks, shops and very good transport links. 

We have made so many happy memories here. After nearly 8 years, it feels like the right time for us to move. We will be very sad to leave our home however we know the new owners will be as happy here."
