It is also very conveniently located near to Olton train station, which has made commuting to and from Birmingham city centre no problem at all (it is just an eight-minute train ride!).  We have raised our young daughter here and have spent many happy days watching her grow and play in the lovely sunny South-facing garden. There is nothing more relaxing than opening the French doors on a sunny day and letting the sunshine flood the kitchen and living room.

We have been lucky enough to be surrounded by fabulous neighbours, all of whom we are sad to be leaving behind. The house has been the perfect setting for our many BBQ’s and gatherings with family and friends and it will always hold many happy memories for us!"
