We purchased this property from a young couple who were moving to have their first child, they left us with this written farewell "We hope this house makes you as happy as it has made us"
This house was purchased by us, as it was ideal for letting as an investment, with low outgoings due to it being a freehold property, and also located in a pleasant quiet area.
Our only tenant Brian has lived in and looked after our house for 12 years, and was quite sad when we informed him that we were selling. He obviously enjoyed living here for so long, helped by the fact that we never put his rent up !
So I guess this house has made us happy, (as Brian never missed a rental payment), and therefore we would now like to pass this homely little house onto someone who will also be happy here.
